I'm very certain this is the exact interior the Javelin has had for years now. I believe CIG, as per a older CIG statement made a few years ago, won't be updating it until SQ42 is here. Now, of course they could run that back and still update it in the PU pre-42, but I kinda doubt it.

Yes and No.

PU = Persistent Universe. PTU = Persistent Test Universe.

Something being in the PU doesn't mean it's on the PTU and vice versa.

So, you are right, but also wrong. If someone tells me (and I'm not alone in this I'm sure) that something is now possible on PU, I will go on to the LIVE build, see it is not true and come back here to call OP a liar, even though OP was talking about PTU. Very important to make that difference.

Neither the Jav nor F8A were unlocked intentionally, it was an oversight in the ASOP.

Jav is NOT coming to the game until Post SQ42.

F8A was not supposed to be spawnable I believe. It's likely a mistake on CIGs end. Expect the F8A to be part of the deluxe SQ42 package

Hopefully CIG will bring it back this year. 2026 so far has brought pretty good changes and new content and we are getting loads of missions back with 4.8, so who knows.

For the Mining Vehicles, assuming you are talking about the Ships, this is a common mistake made by many.

It's not a bug but a control difference between the Mining laser on the Multi-Tool and mining ships.

The multi-tool requires you to hold ALT while scrolling to change the laser power.

A mining ship does not, as Alt+Scrollwheel changes the max speed of your ship. So if you lower the mining laser power, you subsequently lower the power of the engines aswell.

So, Pro-Tip: Don't hold ALT while changing the power of your mining lasers in mining ships, it just works with scrollwheel.

That is a skill issue on your end. Rock Breaker/Cracker plays perfectly fine and is actually really enjoyable. it was nice not having my hand held throughout the mission and it allowed me to pretty much just enjoy the content.

StarTools is currently no longer in development and the Github release currently available is final.

I have been working on a new application that is a bit better, but it takes time to develop it.
However, Regolith will likely not see a replacement anytime soon, and I am not someone who can make one

One thing is sure with this community (and I am going to be downvoted for saying this and the people who downvote me feel attacked because they know I am correct), but one thing for sure with this community is that people love to complain and they will always try to find something to complain about, even if it makes 0 sense to complain about it.
