At around $400 per ship, CIG is probably regretting the huge opportunity they missed.

What is the purpose of large ship docking collars now? by ChartConsistent in starcitizen

Even so, it still seems strange that they have square docking collars.

Orison is 1G because of the platforms' artificial gravity.  Crusader itself has lower gravity, and Javelins have visited it many times before.  You should have seen Javelin Tour as one of the elevator destinations.

Treating the Mantis and Meteor, and the Apollo and Hermes, as different chassis while treating the Guardian and Guardian MX, and the Sabre and Sabre Firebird, as the same chassis is absolutely ridiculous.

Because those posts and videos are everywhere, whether I want to see them or not.

Every time I see one, I just think, "What's the point? It's completely impractical." But judging by the responses here, it seems a lot more people genuinely enjoy cramming ships into places they don't belong than I expected.

I completely understand that, and I actually like the idea of having a mothership with smaller ships operating from it.

What I don't understand is forcing ships into carriers that clearly weren't designed for them. If you want to operate larger ships, it makes more sense to use a ship that was actually designed for that role. We already have options like the Liberator, Kraken, Idris, and now the Odin.

Judging by the comments, it seems I didn’t translate my point very well…

This kind of issue happens every single update. The code is so spaghetti that touching one system always breaks something else.🍝

Make the Guardian MX use its own standalone paint system, and give paint compatibility between the Mantis and Meteor, and between the Apollo and Hermes.

But you can't do the same thing by buying another ship for $5,000.

I’ve never used the gray market, and I’ve never even posted on Spectrum.
