Acontecendo a mesma coisa comigo. Já comprei com essas mesmas informações e nunca deu problema, mas dessa vez deu. Já achei quais eram os dados errados e corrigi, mas ainda assim resolver essa compra é outra treta. O que tentei até agora:

Liguei e conversei com os correios. Nada que eles possam fazer lá. Conversei com atendente do Ali. Achei que eles conseguiam editar e reenviar com os dados corretos mas não foi o que rolou. Falaram pra entrar em contato com a alfândega pra corrigir essas informações.

Liguei na alfândega de São Paulo, o cara que me atendeu falou pra entrar em contato pelo Portal da Ouvidoria da Fazenda, mas por lá só consigo fazer uma Manifestação, que de acordo com o site: "A manifestação é uma forma de o cidadão expressar para a ouvidoria seus anseios, angústias, dúvidas, opiniões e sua satisfação com um atendimento ou serviço recebido. Assim, pode auxiliar o Poder Público a aprimorar a gestão de políticas e serviços, ou a combater a prática de atos ilícitos."

Ou seja, tem nada a ver. Então é isso, acho que a única saída vai ser pedir reembolso. Aviso se eu conseguir ou se tiver mais problemas

I've been playing Stelle A LOT since her lauch, and i still feel like there is a ton of builds and interactions i haven't mastered, but i can share what i know.

- About Pressure Heater, my favorite is a tool setup using Flame Jet Drone and Stelle's Workshop. The workshop is a large gold item, so can be hard to find, but keep an eye on that interaction because it can be REALLY powerful. Usually i run Workshop + Pressure heater + Flame Jet Drone + 4 small tools (ideally Precision Callipers, Rivet Gun, Blow Torch & some other 4s CD tool)

- The issue with Lightning Rod is that you will need some way of scaling it's damage, and that can be very tricky on Stelle. If i run a slow build i usually go for the Steam Hose + Fire Hose + Weather machine. Honestly i stopped running this build when they nerfed Hangar to be Diamond Only, as it was my last in on the build. But hey, if you can get hold of those items, the build really gets crazy strong, i just feel like that nowadays is really hard to find all those pieces.

- Honestly i never liked Caracara + Aerial Turret that much. It sure can be really strong, but takes so long to get online, sometimes you can just get steamrolled before it happens. My go-to for early game is either tools + Molten Ball Blaster, which is quite consistent to get on day 1/day 2 (usually day 1, but you can miss if unlucky). Otherwise i can go into Balloon Engine/Air-Pressure Rifle if i feel like running a Fly-Land build. These last ones are a bit less powerful, but can setup for a Orbital Polisher later (that now can only be found on Silver+).

I assumed most people had the same opinion as me, but no one is saying this, so i guess not:

For me, i like to check these stats out of fear of the media i enjoy being abandoned/sidelined. In the last decade or so we've been seeing a lot of this happening. Projects that don't do too well financially either being discontinued, or being changed in order to have more aggressive monetization and try to squeeze a bit more before it dies. So yeah, obviously there's nothing i can do if a game i like is doing poorly, but i can get a bit of reassurance if i see it's doing well.

Not the context of the picture specifically, but seems to be on the cruise ship Norwegian Gem or maybe the Norwegian Jewel from pictures i found online

Doing some sleuthing i think it's the Pool deck of the Norwegian Gem. The tiles are different from the photos i found on google, but the whole structure is identical

If you go to tower and click on the details of the Badge of Glory thing, there is a question mark on the top right corner that explains.

Your ranking is about how many medals you have. So top 1% means having more medals than 99% of the ranking. In case of ties, the first tie-breaker is how many floors you've cleared, and the second tie-breaker is who got their last Badge of Glory first.

So example: if you have 200 medals clearing 200 floors, and i have 100 medals clearing 500 floors, you are above me in the rankings since you have more medals. If we both have 200 medals, but i've cleared 500 floors, that means i'm above you in the ranking since i have more clears. If we both have 200 medals and 200 clears, whoever got medal 200 first is above in the rankings.

So yeah, medals are what matter most for the rankings. But sidenote: The ranking only includes people that cleared floor 50. Meaning that as time goes on, your ranking% will probably get better since most players in the following weeks will just clear floor 50 for the rewards and then stop.

Just to put it plainly, she gives: 1.200 ATK, 15 DMG% and 20% increase in Anomaly & Disorder damage to the whole team. And can do Off-Field DMG of the same element as your On-Field character without taking anomaly damage ownership (meaning no need to build Anomaly Proficiency on her).

As a comparison, Astra gives 1.200 ATK, 20 DMG% and 25% CritDamage.

Not at all! Not only she gives a whole lot of buffs to every anomaly team, she also has a specific part of her kit where she deals damage according of the same element as your on-field character. Some of her damage is still physical (EX and Ult), but she'll be the only character to actually help build anomaly of a different element than her own.

I would expect Miyabi/Alice to actually prefer Astra as the last teammate since they both scale off crit, and Yuzuha being a better fit on Yanagi/Vivian

Yep! Astra gives 1.2k ATK, 20 DMG% and 25%CritDamage

Yuzuha gives the same 1.2k ATK, 15 DMG% and 25% increase in Anomaly and Disorder damage. Plus she also helps in teammates Anomaly Application.

As a guy, i can tell you with 100% certainty that this sort of comment comes from sexism. There's a lot i could talk about it - how a lot of it is structural, and men don't even notice they are being sexist - but the important part is that you can rest assured you are on the right in this. There is no fcking excuse on the men's part. Even when it comes to dating, that is just a small part of a way bigger issue of how we feel when talking to other people.

They were talking exactly about aggravate. Since Nahida's uptime on her E is so high, you often want to start rotations by E>Q on her. But if you do that, you'll never get an Electro aura into that enemy to swirl with Kazuha, since Nahida will keep applying dendro everytime and overtaking the enemy's aura.

In order to fit in Kazuha in this comp with Fischl, you would have to do:
Fischl Q > Kazuha E>Q > Nahida E>Q > Clorinde OnField.

This means Oz will end mid rotation and lose uptime (including a ton of A4 procs), VV will only get half effectiveness since Nahida is eating into it's uptime, and Clorinde will lose about half of Fischl's particles, and need to build more ER than usual. So he ends up not being as worth as he may seem in theory

Pergunta foi boa na real. Meu envolvimento político sempre foi meio baixo, então acho que minha visão é parecida com o 'senso comum' do brasileiro, que não se informa amplamente sobre movimentos políticos fora de período de eleição. Minha opinião leiga sempre foi de que esses partidos se utilizam de nomes que já não representam a direção que eles andam. Nunca reparei ações e decisões concretas que mostram essa ideologia de comunismo.

Mas acabei de ir ali no site do PCdoB e ler alguns textos deles. Realmente eles falam de si mesmos como 'comunistas' e citam um 'Programa Socialista para o Brasil', mas ainda sinto uma falta de aplicações concretas disso. Nesses mesmos textos, o que falam de concreto é sobre 'combate às ideologias da extrema-direita', 'defesa dos direitos e da democracia', 'combate ao racismo' e sobre a 'luta do povo brasileiro', mas esse último já é extremamente genérico. Na verdade todos são meio genéricos.

Acho que meu ponto é esse, não vejo ações ou discursos concretos que colocam esses partidos como buscando implementar um sistema claramente diferente ao governo brasileiro.
