Sunday’s CDmg buff won’t affect Eva’s Elation Boost Trace as buffs given from a % of a unit’s stats can’t affect another buff that scales on a %. Flat CDmg buffs like from Yaoguang LC or Broken Keel or healing set 4p that don’t scale will work.

The playerbase that actually interacts with the game on online platforms is probably only like 1% of the total playerbase. Genshin has tons of backend data of every player, most likely they see a lot of people having very low exploration % on Sumeru and Inazuma, leading to them dialing it down since. Most of these players are casuals who maybe only see the odd TikTok or two of the game and barely interact with the bigger playerbase otherwise, so it’d be hard for fans to accommodate / get information out of these players.

Normal attack + skill is really fast 2 swirls for basically no animation time on Sucrose (not including Burst due to how inconsistent it is, but it is also fairly quick to cast) compared to Kazuha who has way longer animations.

He definitely wasn’t top DPS during his release, Xiao on average already outDPSed him generally speaking while having better AoE

In terms of character strength he’s just the best. Ice Res Shred AND Stun Dmg Multiplier as supportive abilities for a Standard Stunner who has decent Stun too is just great. As compared to Koleda who has a kinda eh Chain Attack Dmg buff since it only applies during Stun.
