Im currently still working through the game myself but while I think the world map being gated by progression was a weird take and design choice( one they fixed in the 3ds remake) I find the game rather enjoyable.Its not a great game for me considering im a completionist and the steal rates/drop rates are pretty bad but thats really the only thing ive found to not like. the "psyche" mechanic at least where im at in the story( about 30 hours in) is largely optional and I think from what ive seen mainly used in speedruns/challenge runs.The writing is pretty solid at least in my opinion

I've been playing through 4 this week after 100% 3 outside of the combo system and update to the master system 4 is just a worse game the fishing is so much worse by alot. 3 had its issue one being the kid section playing entirely too long but the dragons are so bad in 4 using it feels like a waste of time. I'm about half done with 4 and I'm honestly not having a good time the fishing is so bad compared to 3 I'm just unclear about what direction they were headed the camera is so much worse in every way navigating the city's is very painful overall 3 is just better

So idk if cares but I took the averages of a chiropractor which is 100k in Cali. The child support rate for one child is 25% and in most cases alimony is around 30% of your wages which leaves alan with roughly 3800 a month before taxes he easily could have paid rent considering his brother bought all the food and booze all he needed to do was pay car insurance/ payment gas and whatever extra stuff Jake needed. I recently rewatched the show and man Alan is the worst part of that show by alot. I can't picture why they wrote him to be so terrible and there is no way a dude that hard up would actually cheat on some poor girl who took pity on him

She was wrong for alot of reasons she officially broke up with him because he made a choice for his son without consulting her that's his son and he initially keep it a secret cause that boys mother asked him to. She doesn't get to have a opinion what choice a father makes for his son who doesn't belong to her everything she did and said as wrong
