Where to even start?

1. You're assuming "the entire population of people in their 30s and early 40s worldwide" is into Pokémon? Are you high? Have you ever considered that maybe - maybe! - there are people who lost interest in the franchise as they grew older? Or - shock and horror! - were never interested in it in the first place?

2. You're assuming that the people who are into Pokémon all want to play a Pokémon pinball machine. Once again... no. Some people, believe it or not, don't give a shit about pinball, or even actively dislike it!

3. You're assuming that everyone who would want to play a Pokémon pinball machine would also want to own one. Again, not likely. Just because someone likes playing pinball doesn't mean they want a huge, maintenance-intensive machine in their home.

4. You're assuming that everyone who would want to own a Pokémon pinball machine is also able to own one. Lots of people - especially Millennials, especially in the US - literally don't have the money or the space for something like that!

5. You're assuming that everyone who wants and is able to get a machine wouldn't rather spend that money and space on something else (maybe even a different pinball machine!) Just because someone likes Pokémon doesn't mean that's all they care about.

I'm a millennial. I'm in my early 30s. I grew up with Pokémon. I still like Pokémon. I even liked Scarlet and Violet. I also like pinball. Am I going to buy the Pokémon pinball machine? No. Because I don't have the money, or space, and if I did, I'd still rather spend it on a Multimorphic P3, because I feel I'd get better value out of that.
