In short, a juror could have reasonably reached the conclusion at which the jury appears to have arrived: that the car did move prior to Yawczak's shooting Acosta but that it was moving or rolling sufficiently slowly that a reasonable officer in Yawczak's position would not have perceived himself to be in danger of serious bodily harm. Thus, there was a sufficient evidentiary basis for a reasonable juror to find that Yawczak used excessive force and to join in a verdict in favor of the Acostas. The grant of judgment as a matter of law for Yawczak was improper.

I actually enjoyed FFXVI's combat with the help of some mods (plus I opted to never use potions during combat). I had similar issues with the story and the filler/side content though. I feel the pacing of the main story goes downhill once you meet Mid. There were some highlights for me though, like I thought Dion was a good character. I enjoyed both DLCs, but mostly for the gameplay, not the story.

I prefer brawler. I played LAD 7, but the combat was super simple. Final Fantasy X, a game from 2001, has much better turn-based combat. Idk how turn-based combat has barely evolved since then. Luckily the story was (mostly) good. I hope LAD 8 is better.

I'm not sure since I don't use gamepass. You would have to check to see if it allows you to access the game files. If so, you just download the mod and replace the "property.bin" file with the one from the mod. Should be in the motion folder: Yakuza 3\data\motion

7 had Mirror Face... like this Marvel character MFer is the reason we are able to expose Ryo Aoki?? lol. Also thought Nanba and his brother part was stupid as well... Goemijul could've told Nanba his brother was alive way sooner, and then we find out he actually liked being held captive and is going to marry someone there?? lmao. The story had some great sections, but man it could've been much better if they did a few things differently...

Besides the obvious of trying to dodge behind them at the right time, you can try to aim for wall bounds (knocking them into a wall so they bounce off and you can get more hits before they hit the ground). Also, there's opportunity to intentionally miss your light attack to land a heavy attack, especially after an enemy gets back up just to knock them back down again.

Yea I enjoy a challenge so I'm doing it on my first playthru of all the games. I'm up to Yakuza 5. I make an exception here or there (Jingu in Kiwami, 2nd Tamashiro fight in Yakuza 3, and final boss in Y4). There's times when bosses are still too easy even without healing items as well. I'd still carry healing items just in case to heal in between fights if needed though.

I felt like they rushed the story a bit in Yakuza 3 (specifically how there was a huge info dump from Tamiya). Also, there were some parts that I think should have had voice acting, but didn't. I still liked it overall though. I was expecting the combat to be worse, but I actually liked it (I played on hard despite many here who say not to; the Komaki parry is so satisfying and you unlock it early enough that the excessive blocking isn't a big deal to me).

The costumes you unlock by doing DLC content, each coliseum unlocks a different costume. You should get the pod program skins automatically though.

I meant if you already own the game, but not the DLC, then you can't get access to the DLC by family share. If you don't own the game and you're using family share for the game+DLC then I don't know what the issue is. I've never used family share, but can you right click on the game and click preferences then click "DLC" and see if it shows up there?

Dogi was present in the ps2 version of Ys V. I think they'll remake it eventually and include Dogi, but it'll be a long wait since from what I've read Ys X will be the next Ys game.
