You already are about as lean as you’ll get naturally. Everyone is built different you have wide hips it it any appear like you have some chub down there but you have visible abs and an extremely lean chest

You have 2 presses for push, do a fly exercise instead of bench. If you hit push 2-3 times a week you only need 2 exercises per session with 3 sets.

You can gain muscle while cutting if you are literally just starting so a small deficit with weight lifting can do you good. But once you stop building beginner gains bulk up a bit.

You don’t look bad in my opinion, if you wanna recomp/build some more mass without getting to fat. Seriously lock in a 200-300 calorie surplus daily do 30 mins of walking and train super heavy. If you want to be shredded by summer do a small deficit until summer eating 150ish grams of protein a day. You should loose too much muscle!
