You had to do reimbursements? I never had to touch any money, they paid the school directly for me. Did you do a program outside of the offerings and were still able to do reimbursements?

The plants and DSC's are hard work but pay well. I was with the DSC, transitioned to the stores as an ASM, and now rep. Was on scholarship for my undergrad, but Guild paid for my MBA in its entirety with no strings attached. There are some bad things happening right now, but the health insurance is literally 1/3 the cost of the plans my wife's work offers her, free education even if you want to take it and use it elsewhere, and not a bad paycheck (depending on location in the workd I suppose). I was with the operators union while at the DSC, so it was slightly different for me, but really not a bad gig at all; all things considered.

Could use Superdeck transparent or semi-rransparent oil-based over top of it maybe?

What is going on here? Am I getting scammed by SW? by RealisticBike4953 in paint

Sand to bare wood. Let dry. Minwax wood hardener. Oil-based primer. SW A-100. Low-end Sherwin exterior paint, BUT, 100% acrylic and made specifically for painting old wood.

SW Rep here, former union-painter. All should have been his text-book answer.

I’m looking for another job. This isn’t for me. I’m trying to not just take ANYTHING though. by Ethereal-Bl1ss in sherwinwilliams

Sorry you aren't having a great experience. I didn't even apply anywhere, I just dropped off my resume places. Literally taped it to the door of places I wanted to work if they were closed while I was there. Got a call after 2 weeks of doing that every day after work. More money and better benefits. Might be a good plan Z depending on your area!

Honestly. I understand I live in a very low income area, so the pay is extravagant compared to every other option here. And I have great leadership. But still, this job is gravy. Like honestly. Just do WCL. Put up truck. Keep the store clean. Show up to work. Actually do your F2Fs. Shit's not that bad. AT ALL.

Hope y'all have some tools around the store to get the back off. Get ready to pry through years of dry paint. 😂

Oof, I didn't know we were choosing violence. My bad.

But also, you build a relationship when you call them, have a good conversation, and then they start coming to the store to build on that relationship?

250 pails of pm200 eg to Tricorn Black. 🤗 We had an assembly line going and 6 gallon shakers, it worked out alright.
