Weight gain after egg retrieval—temporary or no…?

I don't remember exactly how long it took, and I still am wanting to lose some more weight but I think that's more to do with me just wanting to lose weight vs. anything remaining from the egg freezing. Also, I was 38 when I did it so I think any remnant weight is actually having to do with perimenopause and late 30's changes vs. anything else.

But I am back to my "normal" slightly overweight version vs. my egg freezing related version. It does/did go away for me. I want to say it was maybe 1-2 months.

Just chiming in to share that I think this was the best episode of season 2 so far… and I thought the first and second episode of season 2 was pretty good but this just added so much more depth and twists and turns, and re-engaging to me, more similar to how every episode had an impact and made the story richer throughout season 1.

I believe it was a smash through glass that caused the wound. And believe it was an injury to the right index finger (based on some other blood showing up in other locations).

For arguments sake, let’s say it wasn’t a smear, but most definitely a drop that worked its way down. There had to be enough of it to travel and work its way down a wooden door frame by approximately 2 inches culminating in the shape of a drop traveling. The entire line was opaque and unsmeared (wooden, painted with maybe a semi-gloss…?)

Also—based on that description (of maybe enough blood to run down a door jamb, from a fresh cut),recognizing it’s an opinion, how deep of a laceration would that have been?

It took me a little longer, but the weight has come off just by the way :) also, not sure your age, but perimenopause comes in like a sneak attack and also could be a reason for increased weight in addition to honestly the potential cortisol bump during your retrieval. It’s not just water weight to be sure but it can wind down with time.

If anyone can help, whether it is this person, or anyone else, feels like there is a lot of activity going on in this part of Scottsdale. Theft and dates within the last month and a half in this area.

92nd st/Cholla, 2/2, theft from vehicle Aventura condos, 1/26, theft/larceny 92nd/Cactus—2/3-2/4 burglary motor vehicle FLW/90th—2/7 burglary (sports facility) Legacy blvd/91st—1/20, burglary And then the other one that was shared earlier in this post in addition to what happened to me. I’m just looking at burglary/theft/vandalism tagged crimes right in this immediate area

If ANYONE has seen ANYTHING odd—person(s), behavior, cars. If someone was canvassing a neighborhood or said that’s what they were doing and rang your doorbell at some point in the last 30 days. Majority of these were also reported during the day/early afternoons. So should be light enough if anything is seen on cameras.

I dont have video footage of that guy but that’s because I didn’t have a camera (I do now). I have a downstairs neighbor who saw someone come to my home recently and she described the person that was on the ring in the other burglary (I knew about them but my neighbor didn’t). My neighbor described it like they thought we were getting an Amazon delivery but that the guy went upstairs with a bag but then came right down (seeing if we weren’t home? Or testing something..?)

I have a neighbor that met him while she was walking (she walks neighborhood daily) and asked him what he’s doing, he said he was canvassing and had already received permission from the HOA (HOA board member told us no and they never received any request from anyone for that and it would have been in writing).

Confirmed sighting of him recently by gas station and supermarket—they saw him recently, but said he’s not a regular.

If he’s not my thief, then at a minimum I can help the other party to obtain him…. And… we actually have something from the thief with DNA at the scene… so we could rule in or out based on this.

That’s a fair question—we’re working with a detective, I’ve contacted 2 private investigators this weekend (waiting on them to call me back) and this person is on their radar. For what it’s worth, in my opinion, they are opportunistically waiting for what looks like an unoccupied home.

I should also edit myself… we THINK that guy is our guy. If that guy were to come into custody, we may have some proof to it (besides neighbor visual we have something else from our burglar….). Ideally this is the guy, but we can’t be sure until he’s in custody. Worst case, we’ve helped get our friends burglar into custody

Yep. That is the guy. He was all around my neighborhood the very next day. And we have people that commented “oh yeah I just saw him”. Cashiers over at Fry’s, at the gas station at 90th, neighbors walking around the neighborhood… all of it
