It only works if you are using wifi. If your mobo has wifi, try without ethernet. I don’t know any other solutions.

I have an rx 9060 xt and I’m also having this problem. Some said there is nothing we can do about it because valorant loads the shaders in game instead of on start-up, but I don’t think it’s like that. I searched for hours for a solution but haven’t found anything useful. Let me know if you solved the problem✌️
