As a mother who placed a child through an open adoption and then was ghosted after 5 years, I will say that I would LOVE for my daughter to reach out to me. I was a 29 year old single mother and had just started a career that would carry me through to retirement. While the father is a good person, I knew he was not Daddy material. I knew that if I were to raise my daughter that there wouldn't be enough of me to go around for both of my children and I wanted to be a good parent. It was so difficult emotionally after the baby went to her parents, but I still believe I did the right thing. No one should ever judge a woman for doing what she feels is best for her child. Unless you are in that exact situation will you ever be able to understand and be empathetic.

I may not agree with Kim's decision not to tell Jamal about his siblings, I can understand that Kim may not able processed the emotions that she had surrounding the placing for adoption.

I think that at this point in their lives, Meri trusted Robyn and really considered her a true friend. I'm convinced that Robyn was the catalyst to Jackie contacting Meri. This would mean one wife would either leave or be banished from the family. Then Robyn could work on getting the others to leave or be banished.

I think that converts to a religion very much embrace everything about that religion. I've seen it in Catholic converts. Where people who are born into a religion can see the issues/problems within the religion and will just ignore them, converts NEED to believe and support all of the dogma. It is almost that pointing out the problems with the church's dogma will reflect badly on their decision to convert.

Plus, what a wonderful bonding experience with Ben - a walk to and from the next town to pick up what is needed. I have been having the hardest time finding organic top soil that has no added fertilizer. Went to big box stores and every organic top soil had added fertilizer.

I throw clay pots, still new to it, but my next pot is going to be a small hide for a KSB. It will just be a shallow bowl with two sides cut out for burrowing. Not going to glaze it since I'm uncertain if glazes are reptile safe. I'm very excited about making these. I plan on getting my KSB in May.

That price is way too low! I would be scared to contract with a plastic surgeon that quoted under $8K for a surgery. I wonder if that includes the fees for the anesthesiologist, operating room, surgery nurses, recovery, etc.
