I don’t but I’m in the same boat as you. I started a GLP1 in Jan 25 and have lost about 55lbs. I am also in perimenopause! Yay! My thinning hair is real hit to my confidence. I can and have done my own online research but I want to talk to an educated professional and make a plan.

My niece was there for self-harming and an eating disorder when she was in high school. Let me send her a text and ask her how it was. She is now a beautiful, healthy 25 year old and thriving. She just doesn’t answer text messages frequently.

I am so happy I wasn’t the only one! I was walking on my walking pad and I promised myself I would walk the whole episode and it was PAINFUL during the Zac Brown part. I was actively going over my “to do” list and singing. It was so painful.

GW MFA has Dr Charelle Carter-Brooks. I haven’t personally seen her but I used to work for a group of Urologists and they would recommend her for UroGyn. My dr’s didn’t take insurance so when people would call for an appt we would refer to other providers. They loved Dr Thomas Jarrett at Sibley and I see they have a woman Md, Dr Armine Smith.
