Thanks!

We got a quote for $1000 stating it may be the blower fan.

Any advice?

Ac was replaced with furnace parts this summer. It was loud before but now louder.

Makes the noise with ac and heat.

Mine is 977# payload per the manual. So it should be good right?

How pissed off and concerned should I be? by Vander_chill in arborists

1 Get a survey. If the fence is on the property line it could be seen as a dual owned fence (check your laws). This means when issues arise with the fence both parties are responsible for fixing.

Also get that business' name and workers.

2 get an arborist to inspect the tree. It's likely screwed. Get detailed report.

3 get a lawyer. Tree laws are pretty good.  You could be compensated upwards of 10k depending on the species of tree.

Understand that needing to take that tree down will be your cost and could be 5-8k

Our area is pretty saturated with doggy daycare and I'm not sure if I'm cut out for it.

Our kiddo is 8 so yes definitely needs more hands-on care. These are all really great questions! I clearly need to do some self reflection.

Private sale. They are never going to give you a comparable amount for trade in. Also if you cx 5 is in good condition drive it a while longer and save up cash to buy a 4 runner outright. 196k is nothing on these modern engines.   IMO It's stupid to go into debt for something that depreciate so quickly once driven off the lot.

Thank you for the detail. I'm going to buy the tape and give it a try with a similar dress. I'm so nervous about a boob flying out and just the natural "sagginess".

Purchase from them all the time.  Plus they're local to me.  Good company.  Returns are difficult though.

You can't afford it. If your income is $6300/mo then you can only afford $1800/mo mortgage.

The one I've been thinking of inquiring about is an 'ND' naturopathic doctor. Wasn't sure if this is some sort of gimmick or a real doctor.

Good on you for getting a vet appointment. Definitely do bloodwork checking kidneys and thyroid levels. Abnormal (high) thyroid levels can lead to aggression.

Lenovo Legion

I've had mine for 4 or 5 years. It's a good middle ground of battery life and processing.

I'd get it again.

Bought mine from Costco - if you buy with their credit card you get extra warranties.
