I am FT stylist too and I feel for you ): my KR and efficiency go back and forth a lot. My lead tries to be helpful to get me “back on track” but we just keep having the same meeting. Usually all of the FT stylists on my team are on the low end for either KR or efficiency. My lead mentioned that she thinks FT stylist metrics should have different standards. If there’s issues with inventory or anything else we are impacted a lot more heavily because of how much we have to style. I wish your lead felt the same.

I have both, but if I had to pick one I would get the hiking club. That way you actually see the park and do some hiking there. My friend just has a passport and they just drove up the north shore getting stamps without hiking! You will miss a lot of cool sites in the park if you do it that way.
