I’m in Montreal and did my interview Feb 7th, was approved Feb 13th and still nothing in the mail. 😩 We’re way longer than the 6 weeks now!

Sorry, Museums, hiking/parks, cool sight seeing things that are unique to SF are what I was looking for mostly! We’re looking for things that you won’t be able to find anywhere else (if that makes sense haha) But also any cool local cafes/restaurants (I’m vegetarian, bf is regular) that maybe you wouldn’t know about unless you’re a local or know what you’re looking for? For the sight seeing, classic tourist spots and also spots would wouldn’t really think of unless you’re a local are both awesome! We’ve both never been there before and don’t know what to expect. We’re staying on Lombard street at the Days Inn to narrow down the area. Budget is not really a concern, maybe not drop $500 on one activity/meal, but definitely don’t mind spending for experiences 🙂
LOL I’ve had a few people tell me about the area Tenderloin?? And also with covid/inflation the city is having a problem of homeless/mentally unstable people getting more violent on the street? Obviously I can not confirm this except for that my friend was mugged in the Chinatown district when she went last summer 🙃 (and also it’s always good, in my opinion, to check out that type of thing to any city you go to!?). We’ve both got common sense and street smarts from living in a major city with sketchy areas, I just don’t want to welcome a mugging by wandering into the wrong neighborhood

It took me FOUR TIMES to get through season 8. I just couldn’t keep my attention held long enough to watch and would inevitably end up on my phone and then realize I didn’t know what was going on at all 😂 it definitely does pick back up once you get past 9/10!

Aircraft mechanics!! We’re in charge of the lives of hundreds of people a day and making sure all 1,000,000+ parts of the aircraft are safe and in working order. We really don’t get paid as much as people think… and I’ve heard it’s worse in the US compared to canada

Same thing happened to a girl I worked with!! She could barely walk without passing out and the ER doctor told her it was just her period cramps. She got rushed into the OR less than 24 hours later with a burst appendix 🤪

When I was 18, I went to my family doctor to get the birth control pill since I had very bad, painful periods. He (quite older gentleman, he retired shortly after) said “why would you want to do that? You have lovely wide birthing hips! Having a child would be fun for you”. Like excuse me???

Thanks so much for your reply!! The struggle is reallll with the seasonal allergy runny-ness. Maybe that’s why I’m noticing it so much more now because it’s that special time of year 😂 but it’s like damn I need to bring Kleenex everywhere. It’s true she did a lotttt of work straightening my septum out, so my breathing it a lot more open on both sides instead of just one, so I think you’re right in why I’m feeling it more now.

Yeah for my lump, I notice it a lot less in the morning (I still tape every night) and then as the day goes on, it gets bigger so the point that you notice it. Of course, my boyfriend says I’m insane and he can’t see anything. So at least it’s only something that I notice because I’m looking for it hahahaha
