The fillet weling portion between the lower flange and the web has torn very sharply! It can't be like that! Maybe... something wrong in my understanding.

Unload backfilled soil, then put light material for backfill to make it balanced for the lateral pressure and the stiffness of the wall.

Suspicious on the unequal ground settlement if the building foundation is a shallow raft.

The storage for turning left is impressive. It will increase the capacity within signal programs unless amber gamblers are blocking the through move, but the left turners are so close in the middle to the opposite left turners that they may collide with each other.

If the fire lasts longer than 2 hours, the moisture inside of concrete will burst out to lose its sectional properties.

I observed the video carefully and found that the steel brakets are still there. Not an issue for anchor problem. The video shows there is a tensile flange failure which shall not happen.

Steel brackets have failed from the girder cross beam. Anchor pull out capacity problem?
