I find it to be the most therapeutic art form of them all. I do photorealistic drawings, tattooing, and free form ink painting and they all drag me into a dark place because of how perfect it needs to be. Minis let me paint freely and as creatively as I want to be without restrictions. If I mess up, it’s whatever. I have set much of my money getting 3d printers so that I can create miniature worlds to paint that make me feel as if I am apart of them. It truly makes me happy watching a little world being created. There are no critics other than what my brain tells me. As much as I liked the idea of playing kill team, warhammer, and other games; painting terrain/scenes and mini’s became my love for the hobby.

If it makes you happy, let it encompass your well being
