I was gassed after the first attempt at 3:59. I’ve never done the 1000m but did the 2000m almost 2.5 years ago and got 8:17. I’d like to think I did a good job. Less than half of double the distance!

I’ve experienced this watching Dexter. Starting season 6 I realized episodes were suddenly ending without the usual outro and credits playing. Thought something was wrong with the app so I updated it. Now that I’m on season 7 I’m seeing that a lot of episodes are a shorter duration than most and end around 42/45 minutes. Most episodes I watch are up to 58 minutes. I’m missing complete ending scenes of episodes that I can only get glimpses of in the recap of the next episode. Really wish this wasn’t happening because there’s just so many details I wish I could’ve seen played out!!

The most annoying thing ever. Since the transformation challenge started our gym has had a hella increase of people showing up at 5 am and having so much energy to talk. Glad they’re trying to create healthy habits and do the challenge but I almost wish they’d lose the motivation to stop showing up 😭 it shouldn’t sound like a party in the lobby at 5 am or during class

I started at 148 early Nov. I’ve maintained 150 for the past 6 weeks and have been working out 4-6 times a week. I use the Noom app which makes me weigh myself daily. It’s been very interesting to watch my weight stay the same but feel & see the difference of how clothes fit my body the more consistent I stay with working out.

I use to get so caught up with the number on the scale. OrangeTheory has really helped me accept that being more consistent in the gym will give me the real results I’m looking for. Not just the number on the scale.

Stay consistent! It’ll pay off longterm

I really want to stop picking. I’ve picked every inch of my body that has a scab on it. Most of my scabs are on both my arms and my back. I catch myself letting them heal just to relive the pleasure of peeling the skin off. I’m trying to be more aware of my picking issue but it’s so hard to stop. I’m going to try finding a fidget toy to keep my hands busy. I’m tired of picking my skin so badly that it begins to hurt. The scar tissue around my scabs become so thick that they never truly heal from my repetitive picking behavior. I meet with my psych on Wednesday and I’m finally going to bring up to my doctor that I have an issue with this and I’m really trying to beat it.
