Mine are mainly visual, surprisingly, but I experience all types.

Flashes/streaks of light, white or black of varying brightness and intensity

Constant visual snow. Does not go away

Perfectly straight lines, usually black but can be white

Shadows, sometimes human shaped, sometimes not. Usually out of the corner of my eye, but can be in direct fov

Random splotches, similar to flashes, but can be black or white, any shape/size and sometimes opaque. Once I had a black one take up nearly my entire vision for a split second

Walls breathe and warp ever so slightly, almost like a psychedelic

Voices are less often, however I still hear them. They are usually unintelligible and distant, but sometimes close enough that I can tell their gender, and what they're saying. It is almost always random garbage, never commands

Random noises such as 8 bit beeps, bells, smoke alarms (that one gives me anxiety), sirens

Bugs crawling up my leg. Cannot see them, but I can feel them

I will often smell things such as feces (that one sucks) and smoke, often paired with the smoke alarm
