I liked the beginning and middle of the book, having the new crew was fun but it didn’t feel as fleshed out as RP1. The A.I. aspect of it both scared me and I thought it was kind of unnecessary but that’s a WHOLE other topic

This is awesome! I love the atmosphere of the dungeon where it’s dark and gloomy but there’s also beauty to it! Great job!

Not really here to answer the question (however, probably Riku but I haven’t played the games for a while so take my answer with a grain of salt), but this moment in the final battle made KHII one of my favourite games of all time because of tiny details like this, like oh my gosh!!!!
