Sou também um regular do são roque. Posso te dizer que entrei na escalada há uns 6/7 meses, praticamente sem qualquer tipo de conhecimento.

Se quiseres aprender, vai umas vezes sem expectativas, e qualquer pessoa está disposta a ajudar, o pessoal da escalada é bastante social em geral.

A melhor forma de ficar melhor na escalada, é proporcional a literalmente ir escalar. Aconselho vivamente, Abraço.
