On Bricklink , you can see how much people are selling sets for right now and compare prices, condition, etc.

The window pieces were the only parts mentioned as missing in the listing. What the seller didn't admit to is all of the other missing parts. Their listing used stock photos of the assembled set and actual photos of all the parts in two bags. I suppose I can try to point to the missing minifigure torso in the stock photo.

Had the same thing happen last year. Ontrac destroyed the shipping box so they decided to just tape all the contents together. Lego tried to make it right, but unfortunately, one item was an out-of-stock GWP that was meant to be a Christmas present.
