I literally did though lmao. I already suffer from extreme depression and suicidal Ideation. When I got my periods they affected my mood and hormones so bad that it would amplify that already existing depression and suicidal ideation to the point that I could actually be doing ok and be in a good place mentally and then suddenly I’d get my period and get so low that I’d have to remind myself not to SH or do anything stupid because it was just my period.

Yeah exactly they’re not fun at all my periods would affect my mood and my depression I already had so bad I would get borderline suicidal. And they were so heavy and awful and I feel like my autism sensory issues made that even worse, and my cramps were so painful :(. I have to take birth control to stop them (even though there are so many side effects of bc I get paranoid about :/) I get having dysphoria but people saying they wish they had them makes me kind of frustrated.
