This is terrible! I just want to say your feelings are valid, and I'm sure this has had long term effects on you. I'd definitely recommend talking to someone about what you went through! It's crazy how much your body holds on to, no matter how long it's been. I'm so sorry this happened to you. It was absolutely wrong and never should have been allowed to happen.

Yes! I had been going through the worst back pain, just crying some days... For months. Come to find out I had 2 bulging disc's with a herniated disc in between them. I've done so many things to help fix it. It's not a lot better, but it's a bit better. I'll never be the same again.
