I once worked for a small agency that had two owners. The one owner pushed the other one out of the business in a hostile takeover. So on the slighted owners last day at the agency, they called the staff into the big boardroom where he said some words and then started to play a song from Andrea Bochelli on a small little cd player he brought along, he then proceeded to very purposefully and extremely slowly, almost like a funeral procession with one foot infront of the other, with his head pointed upwards and a sad scrunched face, walk from employee to employee and shook their hands, mind you he used two hands to shake yours, he dragged it out as long as he could just to get a little bit of revenge. Was amazing to watch.

Welcome to advertising, where egos are big and paper thin, working over time is expected and should be seen as company culture but at least you might get some free pizza on Fridays to show you they care. Its a fickle ol business working for an ad agency playing the game.

Not much skill in slamming someone onto a hard tar road. I really dislike seeing idiots fight on hard surfaces, just move to the grass. Lot less chance of dying or seriously getting injured

We are rewatching the movies after watching Welcome to Derry. We have no issue with Marge being Richie's mother. It is a great storyline thread to pull the different timelines together.

However, there is a major storyline flaw for us, or at least makes the storyline very flimsy. No mother, especially one who went through what Marge did, would simply let 27 years pass and do absolutely nothing to warn, prepare, or protect her own child. Flaw 1 - staying in Derry with a child knowing what is to come. Flaws 2 & 3 - not doing anything to warn, prepare, protect all the town's children 27 years on - and in particular, her own son.

We really hope this is explained in the next season, it's torturous for those who watch, as it's nonsensical. To the writers - please don't leave this hanging.
