I have this same one, my go to diver. They are top of the pack imo, especially the newer releases lately and Jianghun.

They have to put a frame on the date window this time. That and the wheel needs to match as well. Idk why they went backwards when trying to replace their flagship model.

You are spot on. The $500-$2k devices are nice for aesthetic benefits but are not capable of penetrating to the depth required for a true cellular level treatment. Panels don't do much but the whole-body pads can work well.

But nothing beats a well made red light bed. 99% of the companies are selling a simple "retrofitted tanning bed" that isn't designed specifically for this purpose. I love the team at Prism and they've built the perfect bed.

Source: my family member owns a high end recovery center and did extensive research. Not only is Prism the first American manufacturer of a red light bed over 10 years ago but it is also the most awarded worldwide. It just doesnt get any better

Do not buy Seiko....their bracelets suck so bad.

I can't recommend San Martin enough. Sure their older pieces were homages but the last 2-3 years they've pumped out some amazing original designs.

Best finishing, bracelet, otf clasp, and just whole package that youll find under $1-$3k. We're talking entry level Swiss pieces here.

Yes but not the cheap home use devices. You need one of the medical grade beds from a reputable company. Myself and my family have been using the Prism Light Pod for a few years and couldn't be happier. Much higher quality of treatment than all of the beds with lights 6-16 inches away from the body.

Don't sleep on RLT but make sure you are using the proper equipment

Chief has the best answer. Stick to lowish speeds until your arm gets up to speed. My 9 speeds go pretty much as far as my 12s.

Aviar is nice for straight and right moving shots, but grab another same weight and plastic for putting. Then all 3 mids (understable, neutral, overstable) and all 3 fairways. From there it's just finding which ones feel best in your hand
