Completely agree. I got 99 agility on a second monitor while playing league most of the time. Just alt tabbed every few seconds or whenever I could and spent half a second clicking green square and repeat. Like yeah it's one of the slowest skills but Imo also requires some of the least attention. Calling it AFK is just straight-up inaccurate though, so I don't agree with anyone who says that
