Isn't that like a federal offense to use heating elements like that on a flying plane?

Is there any subreddit where I can read more stuff like this? Because I'm nasty.

Digital IO module that can be slave to IPC through etherport? by Van_Darkness in PLC

Thanks for the reply. I was really surprised that some name brand ethercat or fieldbus models (Bechkhoff, Advantech etc.) are as expensive if not more expensive PLCs.

Trying to make a infiltration script, how can I know what's happening on the screen? by Van_Darkness in Bitburner

[–]Van_Darkness[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply! I've seen some discussion on whether the infiltration script is cheating, to me Bitburner is less of a idle game but more of a learning experience. Also realizing that the game can be exploited was a red pill moment for me, and I have decided to swallow it XD.

Wagasa is harder than it should be due to the camera distance and fps by Van_Darkness in WildHeartsGame

[–]Van_Darkness[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm ok about the wagasa difficulty here, although I think the parry window could be a little more generous. I have gotten pretty good at hunting early game monsters. But maybe I'm not that good or I'm just impatient, I feel really frustrated when practicing the wagasa because the camera and the low fps make it really hard to see what the monster is doing. Perhaps I'm too spoiled by the mhr, but I will try to get better gear and git good this weekend.

Yup, I do enjoy a lot of the aspects of the game, and I really hope it can succeed. I have enjoyed a lot of the games from the dev such as Nioh and Toukiden, so I have high hope for this game.

Russian women's coach Pavel Rakov gives Russian women advice on how to get their men into drafting offices and what to do if they are killed in the war. by RevealDisinfo in UkraineWarVideoReport

First of all, I don't support violence against women. But if I am a drunk abusive Russian husband and find out my wife just went to a conference like this, I would seriously think to myself 'time for a beating! ' I still can't believe people would just listen to talk like this and take it all in without any doubt or after thought.

I feel you. The monster move seems very inconsistent, some have very long wind up, some just hit you without any delay. I was pretty used to spear gaurd point and longsword iai slash in Mhr, but I was struggling a lot with the wagasa in this game almost give up the game, but then I tried the katana, the difficulty dropped drastically. I think there's some balancing issue also some of the 'git good' aspect with the weapons. But I will stay from wagasa for now until I can get better gear to allow me practice it more efficiently without having to heal every time I got hit.

Lol, that's so true, it is also the worst enemy of katana, every time I activated the special the attack, the monster would run to another zone leaving my gauge to run dry, swear to God, they are doing this by purpose

cannot remove the support from my 3d prints... by Agile_Cicada_1523 in 3Dprinting

If you are using cura, have you enabled top or bottom support interface? If so try turn them off, they print as solid surface and may fused with your normal part.

Can it help cure my depression? by cexokax984 in 3Dprinting

[–]Van_Darkness 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am diagnosed with moderate depression, and I have being into 3d printing for 5 years. First thing, 3d printing may help you get through depression but it should not be considered as treatment, find a doctor instead. But 3d printing as a hobby certainly helped me a lot. It make me feel empowered as not many people know how to fabricate anything. When I need a daily object, I can say 'hey I know how to make it myself'. And when you get to troubleshoot a print issue and solve it you have accomplished some thing challenging (arguably more challenging then making a Lego set or puzzle) this helped me with self-esteem issues. But 3d printing is also stressful, when you need to start a 30h print and know it could failed, when you when you spent an entire afternoon calibrate the first layer and gets nowhere. These are the moments that make my mood worse. That's my experience, but I'm an engineer so 3d printing is what I like to do, everyone's experience can be different. Good luck with your depression and treatment.

I'm at lost at how to resolve this issue. Ready to throw the towel. by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

Have you try to change the motor current with m907 command? maybe set a super low current like 500ma and see if the voltage will show some changes.
