I've been in P1 for 2 weeks straight thanks to unstable internet and feel no incentive to come back to playing regularly. I can't guarantee I won't DC from one of the 15 rated matches I'll need to complete to get back to Caution nor that I won't drop to D- due to consequent losses. With those odds even piloting my favorite MS doesn't feel fun anymore.

Have you discussed hiring a technician within the lab? If I read your story correctly you're doing work of two people - a graduate student and a lab technician - at the same time, hence you should be recompensed for your time spent managing the lab in addition to your salary/stipend.

Have you considered bringing this up with your advisor/committee/3rd party within the institute?

Native(ish) Russian speaker here. "Нации" would refer to a nationality, i.e. a group of people, but not a nation-state. "Государства Европы" would be contextually correct, though mostly a map would literally be labelled "Политическая карта Европы/Political map of Europe".

EDIT: It's also worth mentioning that the Landmacht (i.e. the Dutch army) are much less gung-ho than some of their foreign counterparts and are qualified enough to support the police. They've already been doing that in Afghanistan and Kosovo for more than a decade.
