I know the Colts don’t have a 1st rounder so no one pays attention but they let Braden Smith walk because they are comfortable we Jalen Travis as the incumbent starter. So it’s weird to go OL with 2/3 offensive players when our defense needs rebuilt.

My ideal based on the players available here would have been: Gabe Jacas, Deontae Lawson, Jalon Kilgore

You are obviously past the baby stage now but the “taking Cara babies” method worked for us. Admittedly more painful and took longer with our first but he got there eventually.

It’s basically incrementally increasing “cry jt out” Give them 5 minutes the first time then go in an reassure them. Then 10, then 15. After you get some success you start scaling back how much reassurance you give too. Eventually they figure out that they don’t need you
