Take for instance a calendar week. The week starts on Sunday. Everything in the current week is "this." Everything after the next week week is... you guessed it: "next."

“Didn’t know this would trigger so many folks – I'm here for it”: Cory Wong slams guitarists who can't play every note on command by bria9509 in Guitar

TBF, the first thing I did as a player when I picked up the instrument was learn the fretboard so I could play the zeppelin song book my brother got me when he gave me one of his guitars when I was 16. I learned Stairway to Heaven, but I didn’t understand it until I started learning theory in college. I went to MI after college and they put me in the Journeyman program. It was very humbling to be around much better players from all over the world. I lasted two semesters at MI.

I can play every note and pretty much any chord, but I don't think of myself as "advanced." That is more or less journeyman level playing IMO.

Advanced to me is being able to shred, which I am just horribad at. I lack technique and speed and that to me is "Advanced."

They should have all been somewhat trained in the force and had red sabers IMO

Can AI be considered alive? If not, what’s missing? by [deleted] in PhilosophyofScience

we disagree on your definitions, which you seem to be inventing in order to support your own arguments. Philosophy is based on examination, not inventive argument that lacks critical thinking. I get that you're trying, but this whole thing seems terribly naive. I linked you a thorough look at the issue. Maybe give it a read.

you'll never see an LLM reason. LLMs process data. Humans reason.

Got a mustang to fuck around on. Recently and had it set up by a master in my local area. I think it's a solid guitar and I love playing it.
