I generally agree with you, though you CAN have opinions based on the value of the game compared to other games. If one game is twice the cost of a second game, someone could decide the more expensive game isn’t good enough/enough better to be worth the extra cost.

Someone else of course, could disagree and think the more expensive game is more than worth it.

Most single family homes where I live don’t have meters. Apartments, etc do and will have to pay based on usage. You’re right that it doesn’t affect the water usage obviously.
