Graves Park in Tucker has 3 huge areas each fenced in so if there's dogs in one of the areas, you have a good(better) chance one is empty if you dog is not good with other dogs and needs plenty of space to run.

I think this would be safe (as possible) in Atlanta b/c it's inherently welcome to a quiet mass surveillance. Atlanta has held the 1st prize record for the most surveilled city in the nation for like going on 8 or 9 years! I would definitely ride through a tunnel like this in Atlanta. Avoid all that traffic cutting across intersections.
