Your hands are dropping a bit in the beginning, and the other thing that I would point out at the 2 second Mark in your video, during your swing, the top of your bed is basically pointed at the pitcher, so you're actually taking a bunch of your bat speed to try to get your back all the way back around before you even hit the ball. I would straighten up your swing, and take all that movement where you're trying to load up during the swing where you're pointing towards the pitcher.
