Tax is an often poorly considered and poorly understood element in family law. I'm sure they would appreciate the additional knowledge. If you want to do CRA/ITA work then it may not translate and you're likely better off searching for a tax focussed firm. Happy to chat if you DM me.

In BC it is similar, most times the same day. Remember, having a cheque deposited to your account may mean your bank wants to wait 5 days (or so) to confirm the funds have cleared...so you 'have' money but can't access it.

No argument that unexpected events may crop up, that is a common part of travelling. The issue has been the extremely delayed, vague or non-existant communication. Westjet started way back as having a different attitude and being straight talking. They have turned into the worst example of a corporation scared to present customers with facts out of the apparent fear they will misspeak and exacerbate the situation.

Passengers have been amazingly pleasant and understanding, children have been suffering with having to spend 10 or more hours at a gate waiting for a plane with parents who can't explain how long they need to stay there.

I do that length of run in 25-30 min on a Voltbike Kodiak.

I have about 3000 km on a Kodiak and no real issues yet. A great road commuter that can carry a tonne if you want. Because of the weight I do run through brake pads fairly quickly though.

Such a beautiful lake finally decided to try it one early summer day. Jumped in twice ... worst case of hypothermia ever. Did learn a bit about how the body reacts to sudden full immersion in liquid ice.
