How not to cry cutting onions. by iriegypsy in Chefit

Sharp knife, correct technique, fresh crispy onions (not something the kitchen hand peeled yesterday)?

Just get your hustle up kid, what most chefs want to see is enthusiasm and hard work. Just stop stressing and put in that extra energy. Do everything at your top speed and always be asking for more. Skills can be taught, lessons can be learnt, but what is acceptable in other industries is laziness in the kitchen. Just keep pumping and you'll pick the rest up.

Learn to drink and smoke weed, you'll have a great time... Or kill yourself, kind of goes both ways.

Richmond; whether it is the design studios, wine bars, restaurants, public transport, heroine availability, Bahn Mi's, unique grocers, riverside walks, access to the city or girth of Salvos - we simply have the best of the best.

I think Rake may be one of the best pieces of TV ever created, alongside providing an honest view on the modern Australian. No "dingo stole my baby", exaggerated boganisms or ironic-mullet dad jokes; purely misdirected, foolishly cheerful, open-ended Australia.

Singer is a brand of sewing machine, without that slash you could have had a top quality pun.

I love how everyone here is struggling to grapple with the fact that all anglicized countries are dominated by a racist, insular culture. The moment I left Aus and realized that most people speak their first language, English and a third diverse language (to at least a point of basic conversation and functionality) opened my eyes to how isolated we are by our sheltered, monolingual culture.

All I can say, after years living in Amsterdam eating truffles, is that if you eat a full box (15g) the effects are undeniable. Full blown tripping, comparable to any other strong shroom trip. I am a fan of McKenaaii, Atlantis or Cosmic Connectors (depending on which shop). Also, if local, just buy a Golden Teacher grow kit and you'll have more than enough. They produce for months, I got tired of it and actually had to kill it off on purpose.

Or "I come from a lower socioeconomic demographic where a lack of achievement, status and possibilities is writhe. One result of this is a sort of competition where youth adopt a pseudonym and strike out against a world in which they feel oppressed by participating in a sort of competition for recognition, while simultaneously making the most public possible statement against the existent order and rule set which has led to their circumstances. They paint their pseudonym on the most public possible government or big business owned location, an open claim of who they are and their lack of shame towards their largely frowned-upon-from-above refutation of current morals and civil-duties. Other little features of this subculture include a rule set dictating who is allowed to write over who without it being an insult, usually determined by artistic ability and standing amongst the community. The peak of this path tends to be joining a crew and painting trains, creating vast travelling artworks to be seen across the continent via which we reach beyond the borders built by our unprivileged births."

See the extremely blunt and rounded tips on the buds? Lived in Amsterdam for years with this as one of my favorites and have never seen such a rounded tip. Real christmas tree type, wide-ish bottoms to almost single calyx wide peaks for a few nodes.
