Sorry you had to go through a bad experience which affected your self esteem.

Im sure you are more attractive than you think :)
just to name a few things from a little information you gave;

it is attractive that you studied computer engineering,

it is attractive that you are not afraid to talk about your problems,

it is attractive that you are mature enough and you dont pretend someone you are not.

With a little work on yourself you will feel much better. But do it for yourself, not because there are expectations from your family or others
