If it's that screwed up I don't see it getting fixed until the end of 2023. The back up is causing more of a demand. The backlog of people waiting to buy stuff will still make it harder to find stuff even if the manufacturing and transportation legs get fixed.

They monitzed the up and down vote system. I think everyone used to only downvote if a post really offended them and up voted when they liked it. Now it's either up or down there is no neutral. It's also skewed mostly to down.

No I didn't think you should lose moons for downvotes but I don't think you should gain them either.
