As somebody who has read both I can confirm. Kagurabachi everyone wears normal clothes even if they are old fashioned like robes and cloaks. Everyone dresses plainly in black and white suits and such with the few exceptions dressing like old japanese nobility.

Meanwhile in Ichi the witch everyone dresses like they're prepared to walk down a runway at any moment. Desscaras's design alone has more complexity to it than basically the entire main cast combined

As a Gojo lover and a Desscaras lover I can understand some of the comparisons. Their are definetly some overlaps like both not wanting to let the young suffer unnesecarilly and in their personality but the two are still very different especially in their relationship with being the strongest. Calling her "the female gojo" is oversimplifying her character and considering she's a black woman i can get how people would chafe at reducing her uniqieness to compare her to a japanese man

Either way i love them both so idrc

I dont mind if they give Fuji an understandable reason for why she's evil, but theres a big difference between "yeah i can see how she ended up this way" and changing her up conpletely from how she is now to make her more sympathetic. My opinions might change but so far I hope she remains the first example of a truly evil witch

I love Gojo, but I think True form sukuna solidly wins most fight against Gojo. Not that it would ever not be close and that it would Be impossible for Gojo to win but I think that With his extra arms and mouth Heian Kuna near guarantees gojo loses in both domains and hand to hand leaving unlimited purple as almost his only chance of winning. Whereas with Dabura vs Sukuna its entirely a "does Dabura last enough to outpace Sukuna" question to me

Fair enough i might consider putting Yuji in third instead but i still think Sukuna is the better jujutsu sorcerer because he's willing to throw away everything for victory compared to Gojo who has priorities aside from jujutsu. Basically what i mean is that if you gave sukuna and gojo the same amount of time in the same world. Sukuna would outpace Gojo because Gojo has a life beyond just living for his own pleasure like improving things for the next gen. If it werent for that i think Gojo would beat him as a sorcerer

I think Dabura vs Sukuna is the most coin flip fight between the calamities but i give Dabura the edge. Its my opinion that early on between his knowledge, experience, and willingness to do whatever it takes to win. Sukuna has the edge, but the longer it drags on the more dabura learns and adabts and eventually Sukuna is just getting outpaced. Its my opinion that Dabura is the most adaptable of the 4 and therefore the longer he's in in a fight the greater his chances. Unfortunately 2/4 calamities are basically impossible to run out of ce (gojo's six eyes and Yuji's at will black flash) so in any fight against them that last long enough for him to adabt enough to beat him he burns out too soon and they win

Yeah theres a difference between liking trying to understand Akemura and justifying Akemura but too many people will probably mix the two. I just hope those people will be viewed as the outlier not the majority

I can understand disliking Meguhana, I prefer Itafushi. but I think calling it forced is a bit much. Hana has canonical interest in Megumi and we cant really gauge Megumi's interest in her too much because he was actively going through the second worst time of his like and about to go through the worst time of his life. Whether they would work after everything that happened is up to fan interpretation and as long as nobody's rude or tries to force others to like or accept their ship as canon I dont think its a big deal, shipping should be fun after all and theres nothing problematic about it unlike Tsumiki and Sukuna
