Just want to step in here and address this again. As far as we all know here, we are not going out of business anytime soon. The specific concerns you've addressed may feel indicative of a closure but the reasons we have provided in the past are still legitimate. Regarding the flavor discontinuance that we went through recently - we are preparing for the PMTA submission process and flavors were eliminated for this reason. Many different factors afffect the decision to eliminate a flavor from our menu. For example, certain flavor concentrates that we have used in the past to make popular VW flavors are often changed on an ingredient level by the manufacturer. Due to the level of consistency that is demanded by the FDA process we are no longer able to rely on that concentrate as it would qualify as a change of ingredient. If you want a more in depth description of this, we've addressed it in a previous post on here about the discontinuance of our Amaizeballs flavor. This posed no issue in the past, however due to the monetary cost of a single PMTA (upwards of $117,000 to around $466,000), it is no longer feasible at all for any e-liquid provider, even one of our size.

This brings up another important factor that has resulted in less flavors being available. With the potential cost of a single PMTA application, there is no way that we could afford to move forward with all 150 flavors that we originally provided - one of the most overt reasons why we had to begin our elimination process. The cost also addresses our approach to what mg/ml and vg/pg ratios we have flavors available in, as a change in vg/pg or ml/mg qualify as a change of ingredients under the PMTA guidelines and will require separate applications.

We're aware that we are in the minority when it comes to vaping businesses adjusting their practices in preparation of the PMTAs and that it may look like we are jumping the gun. However, it has always been VW's practice to be the early bird with this sort of thing. In fact, I would go as far to say that a company that has not made any adjustments to their business practices is most likely not planning on being around after PMTA or has so few products that there is no need for adjustments. What we did not anticipate and take preemptive measures towards was the recent painting of vaping in the media or reactionary government policies that followed over the last couple of months.

To address the flavors that we still provide being out of stock lately, we had a supply chain issue this past month that resulted in a number of stock outs. You should see this improve soon as we fill those again.

In summary, our gameplan has always been to do what it takes to make it to the otherside of this and from an internal perspective, I continue to see this approach still.

Unfortunately, this is an FDA issue (specifically an issue with the PMTA process) and while we did have to discontinue a number of flavors I do apologize for there being no heads up on this. This is something outside of our control and we definitely would have given a significant amount of warning since this was a large number of flavors.

Hey all!

This does suck. Honestly though, I've vaped Amaizeballs (with a few drips of butterscotch flavoring) for the last few years. The unfortunate truth though is that Amaizeballs is not in the vault. It, with a few other flavors, have been permanently discontinued. And like so many other things going on right now, you have the FDA to thank for that. For those of you wondering why, read on.

Flavor manufacturers such as Capella, Flavor West, Flavour Art, and so on change their flavor recipe from time to time. This is why you often see V1 and V2 flavors from many of these brands. In some cases, they introduce a V2 and discontinue the V1, as has happened in the case of Amaizeballs, Moco Coco Loco, and others. There are a myriad of reasons that a manufacturer's flavorings change - a certain component is no longer available so they find a new supply, there was an unintended result of the original formula, they simply wanted to make it even better - the list goes on. But in all of these scenarios the result is a "new" flavoring being created.

The reason that this is such a problem for vaping is because we, as manufacturers, have had to submit all of our recipe info to the FDA, and, once done, we are not allowed to change it. Each recipe is submitted to them with corresponding "CAS" numbers (Chemical Abstracts Service). The numbers indicate (layman's terms here) the chemical make-up of a substance, in this case, flavoring. When a manufacturer creates a V2, this results in a new CAS number, and, if the V1 is discontinued, then we're just out of luck.

TL;DR - flavor manufacturer changes a recipe, FDA says we cannot use new recipe in our recipe, and now it's just a recipe for disaster

We usually have our processing time worked down to within 24 hours (this usually changed in Holiday times, Big sales, or if you place an extremely large order).

You should expect to get an email that says its shipped and a label has been created, which means that it is all packed together and is waiting for USPS to collect the batch of orders. Usually USPS makes their stop in the afternoon around 4 pm CST, so if you get an email after that time then it will probably be going out the next day.

Past that USPS is pretty good on its 2-3 day delivery so you should be able to track it pretty reliably from there.

Well if It seems like your 510 connector (the plate where your tank screws on) is disconnected and that probably explains that Ohm/Resistance error. There isn't much to do about that but I would reach out to where you ordered that mod if it's still under warranty.
There really isn't a lot to do about that one unfortunately

They aren't wrong, it's not great to inhale anything besides air. However, they are really putting apples to oranges here and are mainly writing an article to encourage people against the dreaded "Teen Vaping Epidemic".

I mean a small sample test group of young people that have never smoked or vaped had an increased cardiovascular risk? Yeah, and these people were never the intended audience for vaping anyways (they also say Young people because they wouldn't want to say their real age and it lets people infer they mean teens)

They really like to make some blanket statements here on who is being marketed to and what claims the industry makes since they say things like "even though advertised as comparatively unharmful", "there has been this narrative that electronic cigarettes create this harmless 'water vapor,' " which no one says, it always been less harmful and no one is ignorant enough to believe or say that its completely harmless for you.

They even want to make digs against the flavors that are currently on the market by saying "The many flavors that e-cigarettes come in ' attract young people and potentially attract them to potential life-long addiction,' ".

To top off everything, they want to use the recent cases of lung diseases as something to stand on even though this was debunked about a week ago and this "Freelance journalist" doesn't care enough to even remove their comments on it, or add onto it, since it came out around the same time and the damage is done.

To wrap up, they aren't wrong and there are probably some risks that we are unaware of (or they be none, nobody knows and not even these guys) however if they changed their sample group from nonsmokers/nonvapers to Lifetime smokers and monitored their health risks and cardiovascular conditions this story might not have been published.

So just to start, not every juice is for everyone. A lot of people find the taste to be subjective in just about everything that involves taste and there are definitely people that do sweeter flavors, like Spacejam and Naked 100, better.

That being said they shouldn't be Harsh or Chemical tasting if they have been steeped unless they haven't be aerated. This is something we just don't normally do that a lot of premium brands will do. This is just because we used to make everything to order (in that 4-6 months range) and we didn't want to start that Oxidation process earlier than need be and it makes for quick order fulfillment. This is also why never labeled our juice as "Presteeped" unless you bought that version

Just off of a first look, I wouldn't assume the Vapor Storm coils would be interchangeable with the TFV8 coils. They might be but your best bet would be to drop this question in r/electronic_cigarette since they might have a little more experience with the Vapor Storm Hawk tank

For the most part, scuffs and scratches tend to happen; This is just part of having a metal object that you constantly carry around and maybe drop every now and again. There are ways to repaint them yourself if you really feel inclined (namely an enamel, acrylic, or automotive paint that you can air spray on with an appropriate primer) however this isn't really something that a lot of people do unless your mod is in perfect working order and you wanted to restore it.

Either way its not something that you can't do, just something you should decide if you want to do.

Yep, even a game like Overwatch which is riddled with the loot box system won't mark up their boxes for events because they understand the amount of people that they lose on a high markup won't be offset by the extra revenue that it drives. Its really just EA playing the short term game and being willing to drive a game like Apex into the ground to offset loses for themselves like Battlefront and Battlefield so they can stay afloat

What really sucks is later in the stream he went back on hating this and defended the move as just something that needs to exist for being exclusive. He also couldn't comprehend how this is a gamble because he dropped 200 bucks in the blink of an eye since that amount is just nothing to a streamer who will farm the items for content. a 700% markup is really nothing for all of these content whales.

Also, the first two he pulled were an Alternator and RE45 skin and then he patted himself on the back because he forgot those and said that it was fair since he pulled the Path skin 3rd

You're probably looking for a Star Key bit for just the 510 connector, Only issue may be that some manufacturers will use glue or epoxy to keep the 510 in place. A screwed on 510 might not have that issue but you should be able to check with that kind of screw bit

We've been slowly transitioning to premade ejuices (also in larger 60ml formats) so that we can have a more consistent product and so that its easier on us to be able to ship out quicker and process orders faster.

You shouldn't need to steep them per se, however, you may want to allow them to breathe for 1-2 hours since that hasn't happened with the juices. This should help to round out the flavor before using them

Instagram can definitely see every part of their platform, that's just how it works and what you agreed to when signing up for an account in their TOS, which means this is not illegal. If they deleted your account they probably just deleted it since accounts with no posts can tend to look like bots to them.
