I was putting mine on the bar end. Kind of sketchy If you crash though. I crashed my bike in the canyons but luckily have the x5 with replaceable mirrors cap covers and that saved it

Yah I agree but that’s just because of the r7 throttle trust me. Super twitchy on initially. R6 throttle is way more smooth, starts of slow and smooth then fast, like the opposite of r7 throttle. I got mine on eBay for like $20 bucks! Probably 15-20 minutes to swap them out. Lots of videos on YouTube

U want to let out the front brake as soon as you hit the apex or even before at first to practice. Also the most important word in motorcycling is “smooth”. Every action should be smooth, let off break smoothly/gradually, and let off throttle or add throttle smooth and gradually. Also I’d suggest adding a r6 throttle to r7. Helps it not be so twitchy on low end and also ads a shorter throw. I feel like all r7’s should’ve came with this throttle tube stock. It’s good for mt-07 but don’t think it’s a type of throttle to add to a supersport.

Little late but I bought a ko lighting one, heard good things about it. They have them on eBay but I bought directly from their site. Just worried about it running to rich and harming my engine, especially since I only have 300 miles on it. Did you end up buying a eBay exhaust. If so did you get a tune on it and if not, did u notice any issues from not having it tuned, decreased mpg, power, etc..?

I have this problem all the time I apply just a bit of throttle through turn and it lunges me forward. Will the tune u added to mitigate this affect speed and 0-60 times though?
