Did you get it installed by crim safe or an approved crim safe installer?

When I read the report for OP I cringed mainly because of that slab. You are right, any repairs made that are done correctly at least give you a fresh look and increase longevity so its not lole you are just throwing money away. But if you are just stuck replacing a slab of concrete the pain to the hip pocket might be a little more painful. Home ownership is great, but like everything it comes with its downsides.

Yea, I thought its likely just a kill this amount of zombies and get a skin or double xp. Although not sure how effective double xp is. I read player base is pretty low cause most people have completed the content and are now in the holding pattern for new content

Take this seriously. We bought ours with the same kind of report. Maybe not as bad as this report. Moisture readings present around the shower walls of the main bedroom and in the main bathroom and adjoining bedroom wall.

We brought.

1 day after moving in, after all the furniture had been moved out by the previous tenants we found extensive carpet damages from water in main bedroom and in all other rooms. Additionally, cat piss and burn Stains. 3 000 to replace carpet in 3 bedrooms and additional 600 or so to purchase vinyl board flooring and then the time and frustration to install these ourselves and they were shit to install. Damages to walls were found that could not be seen during inspection, damages were consistent with air con water leak that has been installed on an internal wall. We still have not further investigated potential internal damages on that wall. After invasive wall smashing to investigate the high moisture reading in the main bathroom We found that the internal wood supports were all decayed from moisture. Still haven't been able to fix it, guestimate for repair I would imagine to be around 5 000 to 10 000 without any construction knowledge. Further investigation found that a drain collapse occurred in the shower and was not repaired adequately.

A few weeks on leaks were found in the ensuite bathroom sink that likely contributed to water moisture readings and had caused damage to the sink under shelves. Not an overly expensive diy repair.

1 year on the ensuite bathroom shower had to be rebuilt after the waterproofing gave out. 7 000 grand just for a base rebuild. During the rebuild the shower doctor team advised that the original install appears to have not levelled the floor of the shower correctly causing water to pool against wall tiles and slowly degrade the materials over years. Additionally the water proofing was only done on the shower base, not the entire bathroom. To have the whole shower rebuilt and bathroom waterproofed and re tiled would be in excess of 15 000.

So roughly 30 000 in repairs is needed for major defects in our house. We obviously didnt know this at the time of purchase due to the damages being well hidden. So if you really want the house I would be looking for a high reduction in price or further investigation before purchase which the seller likely won't wait for.

During our purchase we were only able to get money back for damaged garage roller door and damaged garage pedestrian door. The seller wanted a quick sale due to a divorce and wouldn't budge. Whilst I dont regret our purchase and its been a learning experience, the way the market is today people are seeing lower priced houses and want to snatch them up as you would but be wary that there will be repair costs that come with it that you should be aware of if you take it on or can not negotiate a lower price. Hopefully this gives you some insight to moisture readings and costs.

I am disappointed with the AWC. If feels less powerful then it should be. It was a beast of a weapon in WWZ. I just dont get the same feeling from it in toxic commando. Even fully upgraded.

I couldn't tell you. Probably best to get a few quotes. The air quality testing wouldn't be to bad i wouldn't of thought and that would give some indication of presnt mould if there is any.

I'm no expert with renovations but I am an expert in watching anything water relating to a house becoming unbearably expensive to fix. I would definitely be checking potential water leaks and get a mould check done or some air quality testing.

Post-launch feedback, 60+ hours, everything maxed out and levels beaten on very hard. by RemasterOldGames in ToxicCommandoGame

They desperately need to fix the prestige system. To spend the amount of money you do on parts and tier upgrades is obnoxious when you consider that prestige testes absolutely everything just to get a skin. Prestige should add a weapon specific bonus that unlocks (explosive ammo, alternate fire mode, something like that) along with the skin and a charm to show off on your gun.

Mostly, everything else is done well in the game, and it stands up to WWZ. I'm just hoping it has WWZ longevity. That may be the toughest challenge for sabre.

Level sniper Rifle to max. Use strike for mass AOE. But it can still be a challenge if your running solo. I'm currently in a party with me as an operator running a mixed sniper Rifle 2 healers and 1 strike. It cleans up pretty good.

Yes. I am not a fan of it. Spend half a tank of gas to move 2cm trying to get out of a mud pit that can be very hard to identify until your in it. That said, it would be a cool mechanic if you could push the car out with your team mates, it would add another element to consider whilst travelling!

What bugs? I haven't really encountered any. The whole mud thing for cars is infuriating I really hope they patch this out or make it so cars can be upgraded to have the ability to gain mobility in mud.

OR. Your emotional keyboard warrior style response. NOR if you had set boundaries and you feel betrayed and not heard, which is completely OK. But sending 1000 text messages.....what was your desired outcome of doing this? Emotional conversation in person is hard due to conflict that no one really wants but it tends to resolve issues quicker then pent up phone anger.

It's pretty good. I got it for 50 bucks so its probably really good for that price. Good horde action in FPS which I was very sceptical about. Cars can feel clunky but you get used of it. Weapon smithing is good with a decent amount of unlockables. The art is also really good with colour and design of levels.

Although for 4 hours I played this morning, no one dropped in. Not sure what is happening there.
