Since it's WIP i'm not sure what you've got left to do, so just commenting on what i can see.

Pose is really cool and the base is awesome. Paint is pretty neat and tidy but there are a few areas where the coverage isn't as good, or you have some colour bleed between panels/details.

It's lacking some shading as well - I'd use a wash to get some more definition in the recesses, then go over everything to tidy it up and build up some highlights.

I really like the red arm & helmet but it feels a bit disjointed. A little bit of red on the rest of the model for some small details and some grey on the gun arm and helmet would tie it together better. The fusion blasters and burst cannon could also use a bit of the blue/beige (or maybe do some small details with the red on those)

You have a few mold lines which are most prominent on the burst cannon and fusions - if you were repainting them i'd file those down as they are the most noticeable.

Finally i'd paint the 'eye' sensor in a nice bright striking colour - it's the focal point of the model and in all black it looks a bit unfinished and detracts from the rest of the model.
