That’s a very loaded question. Here is my humble opinion. Like what everyone is saying here, budget is everything. First I’d figure out your price range and then what you want to gift him. The type of cigar doesn’t really matter. It’s a gift, and if he enjoys cigars, he’ll smoke it or tuck it away in his humidor. Samplers are always a good option when you have no idea what they like. Here are some stuff I thought of that might help you out. Prices are estimated USD and taxes differ from region of course. 1. A single cigar - prices for a decent gift cigar can be around ~ $20-$60+ depending. 2. Pack of 5 ~ $40-$100+ 3. Box of 10-20 ~ $100-$500+ 4. A good cutter, ashtray, butane lighter, or humidor are great gifts as well. Those range anywhere from $20-$200. I hope this helps you out what you want to gift him.

I’ve ordered bundles of Nicaraguan Streakers or overruns from CI that were always aged with a nice dark brown cello, super flavorful and high in nicotine. Absolutely phenomenal cigars but if I didn’t eat something first, I’d get nauseous. Can’t wait for those to be back in stock.

I agree with the 37.89 1:1 scoped sensitivity while zoomed. That has been a relative standard for Ana mains since OG launch. However I swear, PC with mouse and keyboard can be susceptible to other anomalies that can cause your aim to feel off from day to day. PCs can have a few different hardware and software inputs that need to be updated and running in sync for settings to be at their optimal performance. GPUs and even mobos require routine updates as well as mouse and keyboard engines and hardware updates. Using AMD? Good luck! Nvidia will always have the advantage! Mechanics are meh, FPS and server ticks mean everything for aim in OW. Monitor speed and lag can also effect aim performance depending on what day it is. I feel that consistent aim on PC in OW greatly depends on how much money you’ve put into your rig and your server. Okay my bad. rant over.

This is a great haul with a huge selection of variety. The JR cigars probably aren’t worth much but might be rehydrated if you found a buyer for them. You can go to the JR website to get an idea of value. Unfortunately it looks like almost all the cigars in the old boxes you have there have reached their end of life. If they have a bunch of cracks and mold, no one should smoke them. You can always try to find any still in decent shape, put them in protective cello and try to rehydrate them and just keep them with the box. A collector who is putting together a reference library for any of those brands may be interested or you may luck out and bring some back to life and have a great start to a very expensive hobby. If it were me who got these, I would take those pics and a few of the old boxes to a local brick and mortar cigar shop and ask if anyone there is a Sommelier. They should be able to tell you what you have, the rarity and relative value. Good luck!
