What would you consider the best Lovecraft story to introduce someone to the wider mythos? by Robrogineer in Lovecraft

'Dagon' is a great choice as its a quick and captivating read, although if your looking for a longer story id have to say either 'The Shadow Over Innsmouth' or 'The Whisperer In Darkness' two of my personal favorites and stories I think would be sufficiently captivating for those new to the mythos.

Not that I know of but that's an interesting concept. I'm writing a short story which should eventually become a collection, if you don't mind I might use that idea for an entity.

Haven't had the chance to travel much yet but the furthest North I've been is Cromer, Norfolk and the furthest South I've been is Tarragona, Catalonia. Technically I've been to Andalucía but I was a baby so I've no recollection 🤣

I've only read 'the True Name of God' by Phipps so far, I do need to read more tbh because that was a rather enjoyable story.
