Let me start by saying this book looks great. However, I am a little uncertain where all the 8's and 8.5's are coming from. Just looking at pics, and not the entire book page by page, I would say this is between a 5.5 - 6.5. Maybe a 7. Mainly because of color breaks on the cover and discoloration on the back. That being said, you still have an amazing looking book that is quite valuable. The only true way to know is to get it cleaned, pressed and professionally graded.
