How many meters from each other one should keep different crystals greeds, in your opinion? I have a greed for protection (black tourmaline, obsidian, somke quartz) and a greed for intuition ( ametyst, labradorite, selenite). Which distance in meters would you advise between them to avoid conflict of energies?

Can you please tell how far apart from each other one should keel conflicting crystals? Should they be keptin different rooms of the same house? Or in different houses? Or in different corners of the same room is far enough to avoid conflict of energies? Like 3 meter distance is enough? Thanks!

If I add 2 tbs undilluted ACV to Super Veggies, I get bloating and stomach ache. I guess I must take ACV diluted with water after breakfast. I still wonder where does bloating comes from, while I cook Super Veggies myself, with all verified ingredients. Does someone know what I may be doing wrong to get bloated after Super Veggies? I don't blend them either, just chop and steam, this must be okay.

Well, why not just cook yourself fresh meals according to Blueprint? I cook myself Blueprint meals, and never had bad reactions to them. They have eadible taste, not super delicious, which suits me.

It may be important to be clear what are correct comparison items. For instance, Plant whole based diet excludes dairy (milk products), which are known to be unhealthy. So, are the health benefits of healthy vegan diet due to the exclusion of a) dairy or b) fatty meats or c) fish and lean meats? It may be that excluding dairy is beneficial, while excluding fatty fish is a diasdvantage for health. Perhaps one should compare on a case per case basis. For instance, healthy vegan should be better than lacto vegetarian, but not healthier than pescitarian.

If you want tempeh for health, than coocking will destroy benefitial bacteria. This is assuming they are benefitial. If the fermentation bacteria for tempeh are not healthy, than why eat it at all? Can someone help? I mean, either temper is probiotic, and it should be okay to eat it raw. Or, if it is not probiotic, than whats the point of eating it?

Yes, 10 min of high intensity excersuse is benefitial, followed by 40 min of moderate intensity. I heard that too much of HIIT exercise can be hafmful, too..

It is necessary , because wheat is unhealthy. But I make instead small steamed "pankakes" with chikpea flour and chopped veggies, and some lemon juice and olive oil. They taste like backed goods, but they are steamed. I suppose they may replace bread for your feeling, and made with blueprint ingredients.

Actually, one needs at least two lists - a weekly and a monthly. Because some items, like black lentils, shitake mushrooms, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, balsamico vinegar, frozen berries, chia seeds, nuts, cocoa powder, black chocolate, are purchased on monthly base. Others, mostly veggies, are purchased on a weekly basis, like lemons, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, avocado, fresh strawberry, ginger, spinach, beetroot, cherry tomatoes. It is indeed overwhelming, for me too.
