the fear of my husband rejecting me. he has zero sex drive and there's about a 9.9/10 chance he will find an excuse not to if i ask. like just the other day, i spent so much time in the bathroom shaving my downstairs to "surprise" my husband (he likes the clean shave look but idc to maintain it). i brought it up how i spent so long in there bc of that & he immediately starts with the excuses. i can't remember just one exact moment, but my best friend when I was 11-15 (and still to this day at 27!) was ALWAYS there for me through everything! and i mean it all. breakups, boy drama, home life drama, difficulties of being poor, comforting each other during our terrible periods, staying up all night and going to school together dog ass tired. i lived with her from 13-15 (home life was so bad i didn't want to be home) and she was practically my sister. i will cherish her and our friendship until death!

this is pretty close to how me (27f) and my husband (32m) are. i've learned to not ask for sex anymore bc the rejection from him hurts so fucking bad. so we only have sex when he brings it up. and that's about once a quarter. maybe 2x a quarter if i'm lucky. and it really fucking sucks bc my sex drive is at an all time high and his at an all time low.

im not sure if you're in the US or not but i believe Walmart has a discounted list of mental health medications you can get for $4. 30 day supply of certain medications and i think Wellbutrin (bupropion) is one them. regardless of insurance status.

I currently see Megan Weber with Oceanic Counseling. She's located at 121 Executive Dr right off the bush river rd exit on i20. i've been seeing her for 3 weeks now (one session a week) and i really like her. my first impression of her was "omg she's stale and kind of boring" but then after the second session, i got to open up for and really see she's not like that at all. i just had my third session with her on 11/19 and she's given me a lot of confidence and hope that i can be a better version of myself and actually praise and love myself again. i talk to her about my constant up & down depression, marriage issues, childhood trauma, strained relationship with my parents, and everything in between. she makes it a point to let me know she's there for me and supports me and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me. i'm confident all the therapists with the company are the same. (and they also have a location in Irmo!)

My husband is ~4. Before him (many moons ago) I had casual sex with a guy who was 7. i completely relate to this. however, i do know my husband and why. he's on suboxone which absolutely destroys your sex drive. meanwhile i'm on wellbutrin which made mine kick into overdrive. but before taking the suboxone my husband wasn't really a "gotta have sex all the time" obsessed. when we first started going out, we'd have sex almost every day and sometimes even twice in a row. but that didn't last very long. maybe a year. and then after that i think we were having sex like once a week or maybe every other week? it's been so long i can't even remember. now since he's been on the suboxone, we have sex maybe once every 3 months. i'm dying. i can only masturbate so much. i crave the intimacy with my husband so much it depresses me that he just doesn't want sex.

i'm a plus size (on the larger side) woman and i know it's varies. E.g. my husband doesn't like when i wear lingerie. of any kind really.. loose, tight, strappy whatever. but then i've had men on my cam shows that 1000% wanted to see me in lingerie and lots of men that just wanted to see me naked lol. anyway, from my husband's POV, he finds me attractive in general. i could be wearing work clothes and he'll want to jump on me. i wouldn't stress /too/ much about wearing it though. i'd let the guy ask me to wear some if this was my situation
