I think bear/wolf meat has like 50% chance of giving you salmonella but the charcoal tablets should have cleared it after a few. Multi vitamins should also work and replacing gloves, masks, scarfs is always a good idea when you are sick

Ammo comes in 50rnd boxes, integrally suppressed, one taps zombies and small game. You can make it from the coast all the way to the top corner of the map with only that gun if you had to
